Leadership Summit

The Flourishing Together Leadership Summit is the annual gathering where everything comes together.   Once a year, participants from across all five cohorts — clergy of color, women clergy of color, white clergy, seminary students and alumni, and AI and ministry leaders — convene for a day and a half of shared learning, cross-conference connection, and collective vision casting. It's a space to hear one another's stories, celebrate the innovation emerging from micro-grant projects, and be commissioned back into ministry with renewed purpose and deepened solidarity.

This is not a typical conference. It's a culmination — a moment where the relationships, formation, and courageous work of the year come into the same room. We are building toward our first summit in Fall 2027, and we can't wait to see what unfolds.
